Late night pals Madonna and David Letterman enjoyed an early afternoon date at Angelo’s Pizza in New York City today (September 30) while filming tonight’s installment of the Late Show.
This marks the music icon’s eighth appearance on the CBS broadcast — she was last interviewed on the show in 2007.
Meanwhile, Madge has laughed off reports she is set to marry model Jesus Luz this year.
Biographer Randy Taraborrelli recently told Britain’s Hello! magazine, “The pop queen has been dating Jesus since January and it is thought the pair may marry before the end of the year. Madonna is crazy about Jesus and has been telling close friends and family that ‘I could definitely see myself marrying him. Yes, it’s definitely on the table.’”
But a representative for the 51-year-old pop star has denied she is planning to marry her lover, saying the report “isn’t true.”
That said, the May-December lovebirds are still going strong — as evidenced by a recent outing to Eastern Bloc, a gay bar in NYC’s hip East Village.
“They came in around 1 a.m. and stayed for about an hour,” a clubgoer tells Life & Style. “She and Jesus were so affectionate. You can tell they have genuine feelings for each other.”
“Jesus is adorable and looks very young,” adds the clubgoer. “He was talking to the DJ for a while because he really wants to DJ.”

She looks great. I loved her on the show, she was really funny and enjoyable. She’s so much more at ease, easy-going, and calm now that she’s no longer with Guy. She also seems a lot happier. I’m glad.
