Ryan Phillippe confirmed his doting dad status while out and about in Beverly Hills yesterday (September 29).
After spending the weekend with his son Deacon, the concerned dad took his 5-year-old boy to the doctor’s office after he fell ill earlier this week.
As for Ryan’s gal pal Abbie Cornish’s whereabouts? She’s busy making the rounds promoting her Oscar-buzzed role of John Keats‘ lover in Bright Star.
But if you’re looking for the 27-year-old Aussie beauty to dish about her relationship with Ryan, think again. Miss Cornish is careful not to talk much about Phillippe, referring to him as “the boyfriend” and not even by name. So her interviews for Bright Star are all serious business — as they should be.

I admire how Abbie and Ryan keep their private lives as private as possible. They are both experts on keeping out of the public eye (and ear) as much as possible.
I love Ryan. He really walks the talk when it comes to parenting and taking care of his kids.
