Enjoying a romantic night out, Brody Jenner and his girlfriend Jayde Nicole were seen heading out to Nobu restaurant for dinner in Malibu yesterday (September 26).
The lovebirds were in good spirits considering they’re currently entangled in a colossal $1 million lawsuit against Joe Francis, alleging “assault and battery” against the Girls Gone Wild swindler stemming from an incident at Hollywood club Guys and Dolls last month. The throwdown resulted in Brody getting tasered while his Playboy Playmate girlfriend claims she suffered a slew of injuries including a “black-eye, swollen face, bruised ribs, sore and bruised abdomen region, bruised arms and legs, ripped-out hair, and utter emotional distress and humiliation.”
So what does Joe have to say for himself? He tells Fox News: “Jayde Nicole is a total liar! Her lawsuit is completely bogus and without merit. I would never hit a girl in my life. Ever!”
He adds: “All of Jayde’s accusations in her lawsuit are completely contradictory to the actual security camera footage from the club that night. This was an unprovoked attack by Jayde Nichole and her loser boyfriend Brody. It’s all a sad publicity stunt, as is her dating Brody Jenner. Jayde should expect a multi-million dollar counter suit against both of them from me, but it’s too bad neither of them have two pennies to rub together, so I will probably never get any money from them for the damage they have caused me by their outrageously slanderous and defamatory statements. See you in court, Jayde! You will not get away with your lies. This kind of reprehensible behavior and reckless abuse of our legal system all too often prevents real victims of violence from coming forward. That is not okay with me!”
No word on when the case will go to trial.

She looks really cute here actually, her body is really hot but her face is a little weird at times. I don’t really have much of a problem with Brody either. I tend to believe Joe Francis with this though. I don’t think he would have hit Jayde and caused that many injuries to her…looks like these two just want a bit of attention and money. It’s weird that Brody would start something with Joe who is such close friends with his stepmom Kris and his stepsisters the Kardashian girls.
I am perplexed over his devotion to her. I don’t dislike her at all & I appreciate her work against animal cruelty, but every time I’ve seen her she’s all drama. Either she’s yelling at him or someone else or having a temper tantrum. What the hell is worth all that? And her body is fine, but it’s not Giselle or anything. It’s as if she’s brainwashed poor Brody, who I actully think is a pretty nice guy.
