After doing some shopping, the 43-year-old actress, who recently dispelled rampant rumours of a second pregnancy, was seen leaving a private home where she reportedly receives regular colon cleansing treatments.

Meanwhile, young Nahla will have to wait some time before she gets herself a new brother or sister as Halle just signed up to star in a flick that’ll begin shooting in South Africa next month.
