Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane have yet to confirm or deny rumours that they’re expecting their first child — but all signs point to the affirmative.

In addition to the numerous reports and Rebecca’s endless parade of billowy summer/maternity dresses, the happily married couple was spotted house hunting in West Hollywood today (September 23).

Eric and Rebecca currently live in a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2265 sq ft home which sold for just under one million dollars in 2000. Could they be looking to upgrade to accomodate their rumoured-to-be expanding family?

Meanwhile, the headline-making pair have reportedly filed suit against Gawker, the website which aired video of them nude with Kari Ann Peniche – citing violation of the plaintiff’s copyright.

The suit claims Eric and Rebecca were damaged in excess of $1 million. And, believe it or not, they registered the tape with the United States Copyright office.
