Tobey Maguire spent his Sunday afternoon (September 20) with his family instead of doing what most men do on Sunday — watch football!

The 34-year-old actor and his wife Jennifer Meyer took a stroll through West Hollywood with daughter Ruby Sweetheart and new baby boy Otis Tobias after enjoying a breakfast meal at a local spot.

The happy family of four was all smiles and didn’t mind the attention.

Meanwhile, in Spiderman news, Sony Pictures has given the long-awaited fourth installment a definitive May 6, 2011 release date.

The flick reunites Tobey with director/producer Sam Raimi and co-star Kirsten Dunst.
