Justin Timberlake went for the serious look with glasses as he presented Best Lead Actress for Comedy but the pop crooner later ditched the spectacles to rub elbows with Oscar winner Tom Banks backstage at the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards Los Angeles on Sunday (September 20).
JT wasn’t only a presenter however — he was also a winner!
He picked up an Emmy at last week’s Creative Arts Emmys for Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for his appearance on Saturday Night Live, as well as two nominations for Best Original Music in Sunday night’s awards for his Motherlover skit on SNL and his I Love Sports number as host of the ESPY Awards.
On the red carpet, Justin was asked by E!’s Ryan Seacrest whether he would ever consider a full-time jump to comedy. “I don’t know,” Timberlake replied. “I could definitely see doing it for maybe half of a season. But I might get antsy. You know, I like to do a lot of different things.”
As for what Justin’s currently up to? Working with none other than Rihanna on her highly-anticipated upcoming album.
“In my opinion, she’s got the world in the palm of her hand right now, based on her success with her last record,” he says of the singer. “The stuff we’ve come up with in the studio, it’s the next step for her. It’s a little more grown up. It’s got some edge to it.”

JT looks beyond ugly in these photos. He looks like a douchebag with his glasses on. And it is embarrassing that he takes himself so seriously in terms of acting. Sorry Justin you’re just not that good.
Look at his pupils! They are enormous in the top pic, especially compared to Tom Hanks’…
i don’t why anyone finds jt in any way appealing. he looks like he’s still in the mickey mouse club and yes, he takes himself way too seriously!

It’s his on stage persona; when he’s off stage he looks like an average Joe. But on stage the dancing, singing is kinda hot (imo). Maybe that’s why?
