Martha Stewart, meanwhile, says she is never one to sit around crying. The dometic diva — whose chow puppy Ghenghis Khan died in a kennel explosion in March — is sympathetic with Jessica, whose Malti-poo Daisy was snatched by a coyote in L.A. earlier this week.
To a point.
“It’s pretty sad,” Martha tells Us Weekly. “She should have watched it more closely, though. She should have been more careful.”
Her advice for Jessica? “Get another dog. I think it’s very important to get another dog, someone else to love.”

OMG! Martha lost her dog in a kennel explosion. How awful!
Shut up, Martha. You need to be popped in the nose.
Yes, it was so sad. I think it was the Chow puppy she had bought from the breeder. She was waiting for it to get a little bigger before she brought it home. Then a random gas explosion happened. It killed quite a number of animals and did extensive damage. So tragic!
And I agree with Martha on her point. For someone who was always carrying her dog how in the hell did Jessica allow a coyote to get close enough to take it? It’s terribly sad, but if you live near the hills you have to always be diligent.
