hairball- very true moms have a hard job. But, imo, it’s no basis for letting oneself go like that– not just for your health, but also as an example to those close to you. It’s not healthy. I want my mom to have a long and healthy life (like you, Augustina, I like to go out with my mom too :o) and I encourage her to take steps toward that through exercise and healthy eating… my mom is not overweight, but she eats terribly (lots of sweets and fried stuff). Considering my family’s propensity towards heart problems… high blood pressure… etc. etc., it’s something that definitely worries me. Anyway, SMG looks a lot like her mom face-wise.

thats below the belt. its well documented that her mom raised her without any help from smg’s father and if i successfully raised a well adjusted kid on my own and was in my golden years i’d let myself go too! if shes happy who cares!! her mom hasnt done anything to deserve your venom. her worst crime is raising a decent, grounded human being in a world of lindsays and britneys.

i think were being dramatic cause we have empathy for her mom and wouldn’t want someone writing mean-spirited stuff about our mothers. and even if her mom does look horrible this is supposed to be a site for celeb gossip not a site for picking on the mothers of celebs.
I am sure that if her mom had an inkling that she was going to be run into the ground in an internet blog she would have taken more care with her appearance. Silly her not starving herself and coking herself up to resemble the assembly line of stage mothers that live off their famous kids.
