Kelly Ripa is known for her pin thin figure — and it doesn’t come without sacrifice.

Stepping out with her adorable son Joaquin in New York City today (September 14), the 38-year-old Live With Regis & Kelly host skipped out on the street meat after stopping by a hot dog vender cart to buy her 6 ½-year-old boy some snacks.

Meanwhile, in addition to her talk show and maternal duties, Kelly recently joined Electrolux to hold a text-a-thon to raise money for ovarian cancer research in the Big Apple.

Kely is also mom to sons 8-year-old Lola Grace and 12-year-old and Michael Joseph with husband Mark Consuelos.
