When the Beverly Hills Neiman Marcus recently hosted an intimate soiree to debut Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s new contemporary line, Elizabeth and James, preferred customers were the first to get their hands on gorgeous frocks, jackets and tops from the much-anticipated collection. In other words, no press or paparazzi.

The budding designers were hands-on in planning the celebration, pitching in to do everything from styling the party space to dressing the mannequins.

“When I first walked in, I was in shock that there were so many people here already,” MK told InStyle of the impressive turnout. “I sort of ran around and said, ‘Time to shop!’”

    They are seriously some strange individuals. The one on the left has done something to her nose that is not looking good. She took her nose and turned it into a hard looking hook.

    Actually, I think MK, the one in black, looks better. I like her makeup better. And while it’s nice that Ashley’s wearing color, I’m not really a fan of shaples bubble dresses coordinated with a pashmina around one’s neck.

    Damn that scarf is ugly. I just donated mine from 1984 to the Salvation Army. You think she found it there and is calling it vintage?

    I cannot believe there is STILL no mention of MK’s NOSE JOB.
    everyone else gets “suspected” of work….hers is so obvious!

    ^ Is MK the one on the left? If so, her nose does look “done”…completely different from Ashley’s natural looking nose.

    I heard rumours that they were both getting matching nose jobs a while back, and from the article it sounded like they were open about it. But who knows, it was a long time ago and I haven’t heard it mentioned since but I bet they got them done.

    they got matching nose jobs when they were 16…they both had wide noses.
    then MK got another one about 6-7 months ago

    yes mk is the left one, hhehe can’t believe people still can’t tell them apart. MK has to color her hair bronzed again in order for us to tell them apart.

    I think MK looks gorgeous here! Her hair and makeup is amazing and what she is wearing looks pretty cool as well. It’s the best I’ve seen her look in a long time. I’m not so keen on Ashley’s dress but it looks ok on her, she pulls it off.
