Hitting the red carpet just moments before the big show, The City actress was all smiles as she arrived at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday night (September 13).
While Whitney is not up for any awards tonight, the certainly gets our prize for Best Dressed!
But then again — when you have the body of a supermodel, anything looks good on you!!

I agree with Audrey that you must have been high on something to call this outfit even acceptable. Those little booties look so stupid.
