Sean Penn, who recently gave up on his marriage to the 43-year-old actress, was spotted in New York City last night (September 11) with his new model girlfriend Jessica White following a romantic date. The pair avioided paparazzi questions as they enjoyed a late night out in the streets of Manhattan.
The 49-year-old Oscar-winner and the 25-year-old Sports Illustrated swimsuit pin-up reportedly met in London last month and have been inseparable ever since.
Jessica was most recently dating Buffalo Bills wide receiver Terrell Owens, as seen in Owens’s VH1 reality show, The T.O. Show.

Mememe, i want to know what planet your on because i have had this discussion for years and soooo many of my white guy friends and boyfriends and the vast majority are not attracted to black girls, very few are. im not saying white women are surperior i’m just being honest and not trying to offend. there are still so many white guys that only like their own, unlike black men. thats why whenever you see a white guy dating a black girl or latina it’s a little shocking because you don’t see it very often.
Miss - Then you need to get out more and talk to more people outside of your circle. I see it plenty where I live on the East Coast - black women with white men even more than black men with white women, and it’s not a shocking sight. It’s accepted. As a black woman, I get asked out all the time by white men. I’ve dated several and have had wonderful relationships with them. Nothing abusive or subversive as others have described (no doubt their own narrow assumptions). I also travel abroad for my job and have seen numerous interracial couples in London, Berlin, Lisbon and Madrid. It’s not as uncommon or shocking as you say.
I live in DC and most white men are not attracted to black women, some are yes but there in the minority. how many white men do you see with black women verus black men with white women? please don’t lie to yourself, there is no comparison there. also how many asian women do you see with white women verus asian men with white women…most white girls are not attracted to asian men, yes some are but very few and far between. the end of this discussion.
I’ve lived in DC and it’s a very segregated region of the country (and the reason I left it). It’s not rocket science that you don’t see many interracial couples there. Yes, I do see more black women with white men because it’s much more accepted by society. Because of the general myths about black men that have been allowed to fester and grow in our society (usually that they are violent and abusive), the “black man - white woman” pairing usually engenders fear among whites and is therefore met with anger, disgust or shock by whites in society when they view a black man with a white woman. So I’ve definitely seen more white men with black women. And no, I’m not lying to myself. It’s based on my experiences as a single black women who gets asks out repeatedly by white men as opposed to black men. I will say that in London, you’ll find more black men with white woman. I can’t comment on asian pairings because that information I do not know. Now it’s the end of the discussion.
Miss- your white boy male friends are fooling you! They probably wouldn’t want to marry a Black Woman but they damn sure would be attracted to one. The main reason you don’t see White men and Black women couples very often is NOT because they are not attracted to Black Women. Most Black Women prefer to only date Black Men because of the long standing negative history they have with White Men (read your history books and that will let you know how attracted white men were/are to Black women); therefore, most White Men think that a Black Woman wouldn’t date them so they don’t approach them… plus its just becomes an issue of not wanting to date interracially because of the many problems it causes. On the reverse, many SUCCESSFUL Black Men see dating a White woman as a status symbol because our society emphasizes that White women are the ultimate in beauty…which is not the true!. Also White Men tend to like their women slim and many Black women these days are extra curvy and even overweight. But an attractive and slim Black woman can attract 90% of the white male population ANY day of the week. Heck, any attractive woman of any race/color will attract any man of any race/color. Its very cut and dry. And if you live in DC, you really don’t get a true feel for this because DC is such a segregated city that is still considered in “The South” I used to live there so I know!!!!
I can still hear my grandmother warning me against dating white men because she felt that they just wanted to use you for sex but they will never be serious about you. Leah - Black women HAVE opened their eyes and ARE dating white men in record numbers!! I’ve witnessed this since my graduate school days in the early 90s. Young black women are no longer tied to or burdened by that old history from generations past and therefore feel much more open and free to call their own shots and date who they want to date today. Yes, the history will always be there, but the further we get away from it, the less power it holds over us.

And she is right that here in this country, there is an ugly, historical treatment of white men towards black women (this is documented, historical fact). Much of that history has not been forgotten, but times are changing. But it’s a bit unfair to tell Leah to “speak for herself” when you yourself are not American and do not have the historical perspective that she has. While black women can and do date who they want, there are also those who don’t because of the very reasons Leah has addressed.

Just like the report said .. 83% of mixed kids have a white mother and black dad, and 17% of mixed kids have a black mother and white father! So that shows you who is more with the other race and who isnt!
