Is there nothing Anna Wintour can’t get her minions to do? Clearly not.

To kick off New York Fashion Week, the Vogue editrix had this brilliant idea to have stores throw open their doors late into the night — hosting fashion-themed parties designed to bring bag- and shoe-loving shoppers back to the till.

Joined by Bette Midler, Barbara Walters and Oscar de la Renta, big screen fashionista Sarah Jessica Parker performed a song and dance as part of Fashion’s Night Out party at the legendary 77-year-old designer’s boutique in New York City last night (September 10).

The makeshift quartet entertained the crowd with a version of There’s No Business Like Show Business, subbing in the words “clothes business.”

Meanwhile, in Sex and the City spoiler news, it appears Carrie Bradshaw gets knocked up in the upcoming sequel.

The style savy sex columnist apparently finds out she’s pregnant with hubby Mr. Big’s baby when he goes to London and ends up sleeping with another woman.

Says a source: “Big loses a lot of money and takes a job in London, living alone in a one-bedroom apartment. Big gets really low and ends up in bed with another woman. After she leaves him, Carrie discovers she is pregnant.”
