Cynthia Nixon was among the latest of the Sex and the City ladies to undergo an 80s makeover –and they saved the worst for last!

Stepping out in New York City yesterday (September 9), the 43-year-old actress resurrected the embarrassing business casual trends of Miranda Hobbes as she filmed scenes for the highly-anticipated SATC sequel.

Meanwhile, in spoiler news, it appears Miranda makes a life-changing decision when she leaves her career as a lawyer after being sued for malpractice and opens a restaurant with hubby Steve.

Sex and the City 2 is due out next May.
