The 39-year-old Ghosts of Girlfriends Past actor could be seen jogging with his dogs before being joined by his gorgeous girlfriend Camila Alves and their adorable 14-month-old son Levi.

Despite being due at the end of the year, former linger model Camila cut a stunning figure as she showed off her second baby bump in a hot pink bandeau bikini top.

Meanwhile, now that Matthew is expecting his second child, the devlishly disheveled actor has seemingly cleaned up his act. Not only was he noticeably clean-shaven but he’s now even modified his regular ritual of shirtless beach workouts by donning clothes.
