Joined by Hollywood gays Ryan Seacrest and Michael Feinstein, ‘American Idol’ reject Katharine McPhee poses on the red carpet at the Young Musicians Foundation 53rd annual gala in Beverly Hills on Friday.
For some inexplicable reason, the event was hosted by Seacrest — despite the fact that he single-handedly ruined the recent Primetime Emmy Awards when he emceed the event.
Special guests McPhee, Feinstein and Clint Eastwood were all on hand at the black tie affair to pay tribute to the chairman of YMF’s Board, the late Merv Griffin.
A gay ole time was had by all.

i’m from australia so i haven’t seen any interviews of hers or anything, but i saw idol when she was on. she seems really loveable imo and a great singer! she’s also a very beautiful girl *so jealous* maybe she’ll release better music later. i get the feeling record companies try to pump out pop albums too quickly in too short a time span, all because they can’t afford to give her time to develop as an artist.
No offense intended, but I never knew Michael Feinstein we so small.
IMDB has Ryan Seacreast at 5′ 8″ and he looks considerably taller than M.F.in this picture.
How is it the girl still gets all the catty comments when you’ve got an obvious target like Ryan Seacrest available? Now there’s a male famewhore who deserves a little ridicule. McPhee at least has a little talent.
