Oksana Grigorieva showed off her growing belly as she did some grocery shopping at her local Ralphs in Los Angeles this afternoon (September 4).
The Russian-born singer was in good spirits after she settled a lawsuit against a man she claimed infringed on the copyright of four of her songs.
Oksana has been engaged in a long and ongoing legal battle with Samuel Oriti. She first filed a 10-count suit against him regarding music. She later sued him again for allegedly distributing photos of her in lingerie.
But now that Oksana has baby daddy Mel Gibson’s high-powered legal team on her side, both sides have come to a quick resolution.
Meanwhile, Oksana and Mel’s baby is due to arrive in the fall. It will be a first for the unwed couple, but her second and Mel’s eighth.
Mel’s split from his ex-wife of almost 30 years and mother of seven of his children, was announced this past April. Just weeks later, he went public with his relationship with Oksana before revealing she was pregnant.
