Tending to some personal errands, Amy Winehouse stepped out in London today (August 28) to pay an emergency visit to her dentist.

The Rehab singer left the surgery clinic with her zipper flying low and a couple of swollen cheeks after having two fillings.

Most noticeable were the bizarre black dots freckling her nose. Closer inspection from photographers, revealed the marks were actually drawn by the singer herself – in biro.

Meanwhile, Amy is reportedly planning to sue her ex-husbands mother. The Brit songbird claims she sold a personal love letter between her and Blake Fielder-Civil for a four figured sum.

But it doesn’t stop there. Amy’s mom Janis Winehouse tells Closer magazine her daughter was still in love with her drug-addicted ex-husband who was given a 27-month jail sentence last year for attacking a publican and trying to cover it up. “She knows he’s bad for her,” says the concerned mother. “Who knows what will happen?”
