The Obamas aren’t the only presidential family currently on a sun-filled vacation.

Nicolas Sarkozy and his wife Carla Bruni were seen going for a swim near their vacation home in the South of France today (August 24).

While the French President kept it modest in a pair of yellow swimming trunks, his supermodel wife showed off her incredible beach body in a sexy black two-piece.

Sarkozy, a regular jogger and cyclist, recently spent a night in hospital after he fainted while jogging at the Palace of Versailles because of an incident of vasovagal syncope. He has long insisted he is in good health but admits doctors have told him he needs rest following the dizzy spell.

In other words, a holiday in the Mediterranean is just what the doctor prescribed!
