Enjoying a girls day out, Eva Longoria loaded up on some pasta while lunching with a pal pal in Los Angeles yesterday (August 17).

Once fully carbohydrated, the 34-year-old Desperate Housewives burn off the calories a post meal shopping spree at a nearby retail center.

Meanwhile, Eva is prepating to open the Las Vegas location of her restaurant Beso on New Year’s Eve 2010 and has plans for airport locations.

She tells People mag that the venue is still under construction, but the design and menu — including flatbread, tortilla soup and guacamole — will be similar to Hollywood’s Beso.

She said she’ll launch “Besitos, which are little besos,” in airports, with limited menus.
