Enjoying a day off the set of her new series, Mischa Barton stepped out without any makeup on to walk her dog with friends in New York City today (August 17).
The troubled actress looked worse for wear but perhaps the way she looks is the least of her worries following her recent spell in a psychiatric unit in Los Angeles.
