You’ve seen the gorgeous covers, but it’s time to do a little reading about Jennifer Aniston!
In the new issue of Harper’s Bazaar, the 38-year-old actress talks about the ups and downs of her career.
Jen on who she would be if she could be someone other than herself: “I would love to be Oprah – for just one day.”Jen on contemplating her move to New York City: “I don’t know, I’m just tired of Los Angeles. In New York, you’re not just in that same car, looking at that same dashboard, driving down the same street. If you can get away from the paparazzi and they don’t know where you are, you can actually walk, walk, walk.”
Jen on her critics: “I used to care a hell of a lot more about what people said or thought. But that had to change when my life was under a microscope being scrutinized and my personal life was being talked about. You have to go, ‘This is not acceptable in any way,’ whether it’s about me personally or in business, success versus failure.”
Jen on her box office record: “I’ve read things that said I wasn’t successful at the box office or that my big hit was The Break-Up. But I said, ‘Wait a minute. There was Along Came Polly, which did really well, and Bruce Almighty was a pretty big movie.’ ”
Jen on the success of ‘Friends’: “I don’t think anybody thought Friends would become what it did. It’s all good, though. It’s nothing but blessings. But seriously, who actually dances in a fountain?”

Jennifer looks absolutely gorgeous on this cover!! One of the best pictures I’ve ever seen of her. I think she is a very good actress and her on Friends relaly proved that I think. They all had fantastic comedic timing and that’s something that really can’t be taught. I think she also seems like a really nice person as well and she has dealt with fame very well. I agree with her about being Oprah for a day too! How awesome would it be to be able to do the charity work that Oprah does and make that many people happy! Awesome feeling!
i don’t think this is one of her best pictures. i’ve seen her look prettier, but it’s still a great cover - composition wise. plus, i love the blue they use.

Along came Polly was an awesome movie! I’ve always liked her. A REAL person, which is hard to find in Hollywood
