Talk about tough love!
Amy Winehouse’s father has already written a eulogy for his troubled daughter.
Cab driver Mitch Winehouse, 54, said he wrote a eulogy for his daughter in August after well-publicised allegations of drug taking.
“I know newspapers have obituaries ready for people – well, I’d written one. When Amy had her seizure and was taken to hospital, I really thought that could be it. The doctors told us even a whiff of another drug could kill her,” Mr Winehouse said.
You know, it seems that the only thing more important to Amy’s father than his daughter’s health is his relationship with the media. He’s bordering on Dina Lohan levels!

I still can’t understand this chick. She is the lowest of the low. How this scumbag can be idolized is beyond me. I am not trying to be mean, just going by what I see. She sings horribly too.
She’s the female pete doherty. I get the feeling her father only talks publicly because he is so desperate and scared for her– he doesn’t have the power to do anything it seems so he’s just getting it out there. Unlike Dina whose every move is calculated to keep her and her attention whore daughter in the magazines.
No I don’t think her father is like Dina. He actually cares about his daughter and he is obviously trying to scare her into quitting her lifestyle and cleaning up her act. She really is a female Pete Doherty and she is just a ticking time bomb really. I feel for her family as they have tried to help her but there is only so much they can do. SHE is the one that needs to pull herself out of all this….and I don’t think she has the strength for that. It’s too easy to just keep continuing on like that….sad.

I agree with you SAS and Stephi…I think he loves her and was doing it so that she knows how deeply he fears for her health…hopefully she’ll see the light soon…she was looking better a few weeks ago but sadly this pic shows she’s still using something. I love you, Amy. Please stay strong.
