Looking radiant in a sparkly black minidress, Rumer Willis celebrated her 21st birthday at TAO Nightclub in Las Vegas last night (August 15).

Surrounded by friends and loved ones including Audrina Patridge, Holly Madison, Matt Dallas and boyfriend Micha Alberti, the birthday girl celebrated her special day with a Sin City themed bash.

Though she did not attend the party, mom Demi Moore tweeted today: “Love sharing time with my whole family! The birthday celebration for baby Rumer begins!”
