R&B cutie Rihanna gets inked at Whatever Tattoo Parlor in New York City’s West Village late Friday night.
After browsing through books to choose her design, Riri got a small tattoo done on her right forearm.
Although the shy songstress was reluctant to show the paparazzi her new tattoo, she appeared to be happy and excited about it.
Twenty bucks says it’s the initials J.H. with a big heart around it!

Tattoos by celebs are 99% of the time really wussy to be honest, they want it because they think its cool and a little sexy/edgy because oooh the airbrush artist will have to work that much harder to cover up a tiny heart that may as well be a dot. If you’re going to get it done get it because you’ve considered it or you really love getting tattooed and say what you will about Angelina Jolie but she really has some great tatts on her and you can tell some thought went into them. I hate people who just get tattoos because its good for their image. Sorry, really tattoo snob which is amusing considering I have none! But I’m getting there. What do you think, Jake Gyllenhaal’s face on my right boob and Ryan Gosling on my left or just Jake on my back….heh heh ; )
Yeah I agree with you parissucks. I have two tattoos and they are both kind of hidden away I guess…lower back and low down on my hipbone sort of. But some people can really pull of armbands and that sort of thing…but the question is will they still be able to pull it off when they are 60?

About the oft used ‘old person’ defense– i saw a guy in his sixties the other week with full sleeves and both legs tattooed and it still looked awesome! And its not going to be a big deal when you’re 60 because so many others will have old tatts as well and the young uns will have even more!
