Brad Pitt made a surprise appearance at the premiere of Time Traveler’s Wife at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York City tonight (August 12).
Joining stars Eric Bana and Rachel McAdams, the 45-year-old actor stole the spotlight from the rest of the cast as fans and photogs fawned of the superstar.
So what’s Brad doing at the premiere in the first place? His production company named Plan B Entertainment executively produced the flick based on Audrey Niffenegger’s 2003 novel of the same name.
Meanwhile, it was announced today that Brad and Ashton Kutcher are going to be guests on Friday’s Real Time With Bill Maher on HBO. Joining the roundtable with them? Columnist Ross Douthat, Gen. Anthony Zinni and comedian Dana Gould.

Ashton was such a turd on RT last time. That show is for people to share opinions not to sit there sanctimoniously in silence. I really hope Brad comes prepared to share his. Then it will be an interesting show.

Brad is there as producer, he was always scheduled to attend. Daisy, you do know that people have work obligations right? Brad is also producing Julia Robert’s Eat Pray Love which is filming in NYC right now. Brad is looking his age, clearly no botox for him, and 6 kids 8 and under including 1 year old twins equals sleep deprivation for years. Some seem to think Brad would never age, in real life we all do. His beard could use a trim but I remember the Brad with beads in a long bread so maybe he is going for that look again.
Yes Brad and Eric were in Troy together which Brad produced. Brad was also to be in State of Play with Rachel at one time. Typically all the indemand actors act together in projects, they are a small group in number. Six degrees of Kevin Bacon (whom Brad has also acted with)is so true.

i think they both look good. but eric bana has gotten better with age. some people have looks when they’re younger and some as they get older.
Eric and his stubble - friggen yum. I normally like men with a little age on them but Brad is the exception. I swear he’s morphing into Billy Bob Thorton. Yuck.
I fucking loved this book. There is no way a movie could do it justice. The reviews I have read said it sucked, and I am not surprised.
