Heidi Montag was seen making her way to a yogurt shop in Malibu last night (August 11) with her husband Spencer Pratt who chatted away on his cell phone.

Casually dressed for the cool weather in her Ugg boots, the reality star-turned-Playboy pin-up looked relaxed with no makeup during her late night date.

Meanwhile, it appears Heidi is contemplating a second boob job.

On the cusp of the release her fitness video, The Heidi Montag Workout, the reality TV starlet says she’s wants to inflate her chest in order to match her new curvier bottom.

“I felt my boobs were too small, so I had them enhanced a few years ago,” she says. “It worked for my body type . Now, thanks to The Heidi Montag Workout system that Chad Waterbury created, I have a curvier new body. So maybe I need curvier new boobs to match?”

What to do, what do do??

Even more troubling? Spencer birthday is this Friday (August 14) and Heidi has found herself in a conundrum. She Tweeted: “What should I buy him??? Maybe I should jump out of a cake?”

As far as the Spencer is concerned, it sounds like he’s got his birthday gift already. Tweeting about his old lady’s turn on the forthcoming Miss Universe, he wrote: “Everyday I thank God that my wife Heidi Montag is performing in front of 1 billion viewers! 190 countries! 14 days until MISS UNIVERSE.”
