Babymama Spears ain’t taking the recent ruling denying her a sleepover with her kids sitting down.
No siree — the mom-on-a-mission has just arrived at an L.A. courthouse where she will ask for overnight visits with her children.
This makes sense. It’s just after 1 PM there. Brit just woke up, grabbed a grande latte and is now dealing with the day’s work.
You gotta love a woman who dismisses the law and does things on her own terms.

She’s wearing a black shirt and jeans, and her hair is down. She’s carrying her ever-present white purse and is drinking a Coke — regular, not Diet.
We sat and watched as Britney was sworn in by the Commisioner. Then her lawyer asked all of the media to leave.
Brit is sporting black sunglasses — in court. The Commish, however, says that’s cool. She’s got a “medical condition” that requires her to wear them.
Does excessive drug use cause light sensitivity? Just askin’….

I was waiting for her to get off her butt. Maybe her reconciliation with her mom really will help straighten out her life. I know everyone harrasses her mom, I dont like thel ooks of her, but I know women that try so hard with their kids and sometimes there are just bad seeds. Just like great kids can sometimes come out of bad parents, vice versa. Y
She is frickin’ ridiculous. Every time she acts just a little bit more outrageous, I think to myself “All right. This is it. The public will now realize that she’s seriously mentally ill and will stop seeking prurient ‘news’ about her. They’ll realize that she’s just a talentless hack who traded on her immediately-post-pubescent sex appeal and will stop buying her ‘music.’ But then another arsehead comes out with “Britney forever! Her music RAWKS! And she’s such a HAWT dancer! All you haters should just shut up cuz yer JELOS!”
Just because she passed two drug tests isn’t enough reason for her to get those kids back, they must show she is habitually clean now that its been established it will be monitored by the court. I can’t imagine them letting her own mother be the monitor, not at first anyway, it has to be someone non-biased.

A medical condition that gives her a need to wear sunglasses inside a court room ?!?!? Hahaha. Famous people really are crazy as all hell. I hate that people allow them to act that way. I would demand that she take them off it is was my courtroom. It is just like Paris and her secret medical condition that gave her a reason to leave jail early. The judge said today she still hasn’t been complying with his order. He has seen no drug tests which are supposed to be delivered directly to him to avoid the media getting a hold of them. Also, the only other thing she did was have one meeting with a parenting coach so she is still behind on all his mandates. When your Mother has to monitor you being a Mother so your children can spend the night in your house that is some serious shit.

I didn’t know being a joke counted as a medical condition. I don’t care if she has pinkeye she needs to show some respect for the courts, she can’t just bitch and whine her kids back. I’m sick of this, I thought I could be understanding but this is really disgusting. The woman needs to grow the fuck up.
So if she was in court with jeans and a black t, when were these pictures taken of the dress she forgot to button up because she was in such a rush being a mom, oh wait, she doesn’t even have herk ids anymore!
