An LA County Court Commissioner has ruled that Britney Spears is not yet responsible enough to spend the night with her kids. And as for her request for asking for mama Lynne to be a court-appointed monitor? No word yet, but that ain’t looking good either.
Meanwhile, a rep for Britney says his superstar client wasn’t in court today because she didn’t want to fight through the wall of media that would surely await her.

Oh please. She loves the media. She goes out of her way to be seen everyday. She could easily stay home once in awhile and avoid all the paparazzi, but she doesn’t.

I know, the rare times I feel sorry for her because of the paps, then she has to not go the court because of paps (agree with you Boo totally) AND does not wear underwear. Not wearing underwear is absolutely done on purpose to be seen. If she was afraid of pantyline, that is what thongs are for. She is so upsetting, I actually don’t even want to hear about her anymore. No one acts the way she does at this point unless you have something wrong with you.

How could she let photos like this be taken again? Especially when she is arriving in court!!?? Seriously I understand that she must like the feeling of wearing no underwear but if she’s wearing a short dress and getting in and out of cars while the paps practically lay underneath her skirt she’s really got no chance in not having photos like this taken. Fine if she wants to not wear underwear around the house or even under pants or something but she’s got to know that photos like this will be taken. Obviously she doesn’t care…its pretty disgusting. Her boys don’t want to look on the Internet when they are teens and find all these pictures of their mom with no panties on. Cmon!
