American Idol is so yesterday!
Paula Abdul is in Peachtree, GA today (August 6) filming an episode of Lifetime’s Drop Dead Diva.
The former Idol judge will appear as a judge to Jane, the main character, representing Jane’s subconscious in an upcoming dream sequence.
Showing off her gams in an unconventional black robe, Paula posed for a press photo last month when she filmed her first first appearance. Miss Abdul’s will make her debut on September 13. Her second appearance will air on the October 11 season finale.
“The cast and crew absolutely loved Paula when she filmed her first episode,” says creator and showrunner Josh Berman in a release. “When I called Paula to congratulate her on her fabulous performance, she told me that she had a terrific experience. I asked her if she’d like to return and she said yes! We’re so thrilled!”
