
After touring Rome with designing duo Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, the superstar couple packed up their 17-month-old twins and headed to Saint Tropez to enjoy some oceanside joie de vivre. The happy family of four was seen enjoying a boat ride along the rocky coast today (August 5) following lunch with friends at the Auberge La Cousteline restaurant.
J.Lo is looking better than ever after losing 50 pounds since giving birth to her children Max and Emme in February 2008. But it certainly hasn’t been easy. “I had to work really hard,” the 40-year-old actress/singer/designer confesses to Life & Style.
But luckily, the sweat and suffering has all been worth it for the singer and actress. “She isn’t afraid to push herself in the gym,” her trainer, Gunnar Peterson, adds. “She’s not somebody who blows it off because she’s working 18-hour days on the set. She finds a way to get back in, even if it means exercising really late at night.”
So, what does La Lopez do to stay in tip top condition? She exercises for at least one hour, anywhere from two to six days a week. She has also been using the meal delivery service Freshology since October 2008. The meals are low calorie and consist of lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, good fats and lowglycemic carbs.
Adds Gunnar: “She stays ready so she doesn’t ever have to get ready. She just keeps her foot on the pedal.”

Anyone can be skinny and fabulous if they have a really healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner served to them at their door. She looks great anyway though.
I agree, I always find it funny when trainers quote their celebrities as being dedicated, blah blah blah. If I wasn’t away from home 13 hours a day for my job, I would love to workout 1-2 hours a day with a trainer and have all my fresh meals delivered right to my door. Unfortunately, we’re not all as fabulous as the “multi-talented” J-Lo…

I agree with all of you! its such bullshti. They make it seems like you can do this yourself. Well I’m sorry but I dont have the time to cook 3 healthy gourmet meals plus 1 snack and dessert a day. I’m lucky if I get breakfast!!!
You do realize that 30 of those pounds were babies and related baby weight? A woman’s blood volume increases when she’s pg and her womb grows (duh). I won’t go into the gorey details but there’s more there than just the infants. So she went to all that work to lose 20 pounds? Seems she’s fighting genetics and good luck with that.
yeah right , its easy for them to work out all that time , they have nannies, personal asst and all kinds of people, but with all that they lie like a rug and having money lipo and tummy tucks and all that plastic surgery is so easy to get.. by the way speaking of plastic where the heck is kim kardashian at lately??

She got LIPO that’s how! I don’t doubt JLo works out like a maniac (her ego demands no less), but she lost a ton of inches pretty damn fast after weeks of very slow weight loss. It was obvious she had cosmetic help. So eff her for trying to take personal credit. Just like she lied about having twins naturally. She’ll always be full of it.
Gunnar has been her trainer for years.
He knows her very well and she is very disciplined in everything she does.
The only other way to become as rich and succesful is nepotism ala Jolie,Paltrow.
Looks like they had a great time and Europe is a beautiful place to visit.
