Looking slightly worse for wear, a tired looking Jude Law was seen leaving the Wyndham’s Theatre in London last night (July 4) after having performed Hamlet to a sold out house.

After the show, the 36-year-old actor graciously posed for photos and chatted with adoring fans. One person he hasn’t been doing much chatting with recently is his baby mama Samantha Burke.

The expectant parents have reportedly not spoken directly since the 24-year-old actress/model discovered she was pregnant back in February.

“They don’t speak,” a friend tells the New York Daily News. “It was a brief affair anyway — they only slept together a handful of times. It was a fling, purely sexual.”

The expectant parents apparently met during a late night out in January when Jude was filming the Sherlock Holmes flick in NYC.

“They actually met after the club had closed, on the street. He took her to a diner around the corner and then to the Greenwich Hotel, where he was staying. She stayed over that night,” adds the source. “In the morning, Jude had to make his call time so he left her in his hotel room. When she took off, she left him her phone number, and after a few days, he called back and said he’d like to take her out to dinner. They never did make that dinner — they just stayed in his hotel room.”

Jude’s fourth child is due October 6.
