Why wouldn’t he talk about it in his autobiography? They were part of his life. And how could you write an autobiography without mentioning other people? That’s ridiculous. Anyway, it would take much better dirt than this to get me to read Lance’s book.

He makes it sounds as if Justin got tired of Britney and that she was this sweet innocent thing. Well, didn’t she cheat on Justin and that’s why they broke up? She really isn’t (wasn’t) all that innocent. The Britney we see today is the REAL Britney. The sweet bubble gum Britney is the manufactured one.
And I totally agree with you, grr, I really don’t get Justin Timberlake’s appeal. He’s ugly as shit.

Britney did cheat on Justin. Thats what broke them up. In fact, it was Justin who thought they would marry and lalast forever. Obviously Lance has no understanding of a normal male / female relationship. Plus Justin and Cameron lasted for four years. He can obviously stay in a relationship regardless of his career. Lance is full of crap and the book sounds like crap.

Yeah I don’t really like how he is talking about somebody else’s relationship. Sure it was a part of his life like Fume said but he didn’t really need to get that into it? He could have just mentioned that Britney was sweet and innocent and that she used to hang out with all the boys together. Passing judgement on somebody else’s private relationship is never a smart move. Unless you were in the bedroom with them and behind closed doors, you don’t know the full story.
I do think that Justin seems like a very career- focused person but when I remember seeing him with Britney in the past he really did seem to love her. I honestly think that there relationship just ended because they were both young and it just didn’t work out. That’s what happens to to most teenage relationships.

i think lance did as well. even if it’s britney who strayed, his assessment of who justin is is right on. just take a look at n’sync performances and interviews, and you’ll get the vibe that he was worse than beyonce in DC4.

And. . .yeah, I should clarify, it is a little in bad taste to pass judgment on a former colleague’s personal life, but it’s a celeb autobio, not a Miss Manners manual. And it’s really not all that scandalous - JT is ambitious and has a raging ego. Don’t most celebs? And it’s kinda funny that more folks are willing to accept as truth the rumour that Britney cheated and broke JT’s heart, rather than this version of how things ended. Probably the truth is somewhere in between.

I think they are friend, I can understand why he saying that, I think Britney’s kiss would not bring the relationship to end. He might discuss it with his boys. Of course Britney is heart broken and marrying KFED was to try get the healing from the heart ach.

People are silly to not see the truth in his comments. His ambition is why he used Britney to rise above the boyband image. He also knew that having her around limited his player status. It’s also why you’ll never see the boy hang out with a girl that ISN’T famous. He uses them as a status symbol and a way to up his celebrity quotient. If they get in his way, he dumps them or trashes them whichever will benefit him the most. Ask Janet Jackson how she like being thrown under the bus? He used Cameron’s acting connections to start an acting career. Justin Timberlake is a user.
