Mel Gibson may in a little hot water again now that a man claims the actor assaulted him and ripped his shirt at an L.A. nightclub last night, prompting him to file a police report for battery this morning.

The man said that the actor/director grew angry when he attempted to take a photograph of the actor and his pregnant fiancée Oksana Grigorieva.

The news comes just days after Mel reportedly lost a loot of cash during a gambling binge in Las Vegas.
