Kate Beckinsale and husband Len Wiseman had dinner at the trendy X1V restaurant in Los Angeles last night (July 27) with friends Victoria Beckham and Eva Longoria.

Kate and Eva bravely faced the awaiting photographers while Victoria avoided being photographed by making a low-key exit via the side door.

Posh is back in L.A. after spending a week in London working on the upcoming season of successful fashion label. Kate is currently between big screen gigs. As for Eva? Not only did she recently begin filming the sixth season of Desperate Housewives but she’ll soon join George Lopez as host of September’s ALMA Awards, which celebrate Latino achievement in entertainment.

The 34-year-old actress — who is one of the show’s executive producers — says the ALMA Awards represent the determination and “soul” of Latinos.

The awards ceremony will air September 18 on ABC.
