Personally, I am not surprised by Brit’s latest antics. I’m just glad the kids were taken away from this mess before it was too late!

I hate to say this but ALOT of people smoke at the gas pumps and they also use their cell phones even though it states on the pump not to be on your cellular phone. People just love to live dangerously LOL So Brittney is no different than any other smoker with a nicotine fit.

Not that I’m taking up for her in any way, but the latest EPA requirements on gas pump handles keeps the fumes contained. It is the fumes that are flammable not the gas itself.

the cell phone thing is a myth, but I still don’t use my phone at the gas station, just in case.

What I find really disturbing and sad is how the Papparazzi ‘watch out for her’ when she is out. You can hear them giving her directions, sometimes one will help her through the crowd, they change her tire, help her order food, pump her gas, etc etc. It’s like they stalk her but also act like they ‘care’ for her. It’s so bizarre. I don’t understand either why she just doesn’t lay low for a few weeks and have help get her Starbucks’ etc etc. But at the same time, she shouldn’t have to do that because of a pack of stalkers. I have read before she tips off the papparazi on where she’ll be. Maybe sometimes? But all the time? Do people really think so? They are like a pack of flies. I would go crazy too in a similar situation with privacy the circus show that followed me everywhere with cameras.

I don’t think it is a myth coco. When I first heard about it on Dateline I didn’t believe it b/c they sensationalize everything BUT then I saw a couple of local reports. Depending on where you live its more prevelent - usually in cold weather when static electricity builds up on you, you use the phone and it can actually spark, too close to the fumes and you’re on fire.

If you look at this from the angel that the only people that have treated Britney with any thing close to respect are the paps, sure, they get in the way and cause all kinds of trouble but they are the best real people Britney can go to any time and are always there and willing to help with a smile, And Britney does what she loves, suits-up and shows-up in return. And Heck-Fire a gals gots ta eat and get the caffeine Y’all! and you would be more likely to get run over at the gas station that to ignite gas with a cell phone the cigarette thing is very real and dangerous but also depends a lot on the atmosphere (Heavy Air+Temp+Humidity=BOOM) if you ever think to look you will probably see butts smashed out on the drive of some gas stations and it’s a wonder there are not more fires
