After spending the day at the Mountaingate Country Club in Los Angeles, Fergie was seen enjoying a laugh while out with a friend yesterday (July 24).

The My Humps singer was in great spirits considering that one of her all-time career dreams was recently dashed.

Fergie was reportedly in deep in talks with Michael Jackson to perform the track Beat It live at one of his O2 concerts.

Says the Black Eyed Peas frontwoman: “That Beat It video still stands up as one of the best ever and we were going to take it a few steps further on stage.”
