Looks like Britney Spears has finally taken the first step in her recovery — she’s reuinted with her estranged mother Lynne!
Sources say Lynne and Britney’s younger sister Jamie Lynn flew from Kentwood, La., to Los Angeles Friday evening. On arrival at LAX, the two were mobbed by photographers.
Around 3 a.m., Lynne paid a visit to her daughter’s Beverly Hills home before driving the two of them to Spears’s new Malibu pad.
Says a source, for now, “Everything’s great.”

Until there are pictures of them walking down the street hand in hand, I’m not convinced. Hopefully this is true and Lynne has finally knocked some sense into her daughter. It would be sad for them to go on not talking to each other seeing as they used to be so close.

i’m beginning to think she did all this crazy stuff because she doesn’t actually want her kids. since k-fed and the kids, her career really plummeted, and maybe she resents that. that’s my take on things anyway.
