Check out a just-released teaser trailer for Tim Burton’s highly-anticipated, sure-to-be classic, Alice in Wonderland.
Starring in A-list cast which includes Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter, Anne Hathaway, Alan Rickman and newcomer Mia Wasikowska as Alice herself, the flick follows adventures of a young girl who falls into a magical world full of strange characters and darkness behind every corner.

LOVE IT!!!!! amazing cinematography
Dammit. Now I definitely have to give in and get contacts. Wearing the 3-d glasses over my glasses just isn’t as effective. I am sooooo looking forward to seeing this!!
This isn’t Alice in Wonderland. The title is there because studios are trying to gather easy cash from recognizable content rather than risk new content. So, due to simple bear market economics, fear of progress, and audience’s bland indifference…. we are served with the same work, reprocessed, added to, repackaged, re flavoured etc…. The innocence, design and sensibility of the original Alice in wonderland is not there. That is what this is missing. A connection to the original content. While it looks cool, it’s filmed bit big shots and FX…..created not by Burton but by teams of very talented people, it is really something else. Burton should make his own content instead of trying to Americanise British culture and repackage it. So what is next on the re-serve agenda : THE TWILIGHT ZONE……. ever heard of it ?

Odd to me that they would cast an adult as Alice…
The movie looks like it is beautifully shot and I’m really looking foward to seeing it, but it is definately a darker version of the story as is everything that Tim Burton does. I just wish he would find some new actors instead of Helena Bonham Carter and Johnny Depp. It’s just getting a little predictable…can he even shoot a movie without them? And the adult woman as Alice is strange to me as well. But I think this movie is going to be a long way from the animated Disney version. I think this would scare kids actually.
Ficou maravilhoso, os personagens tem aspectos incríveis, fiquei facinada, eu sou escritora e pretendo fazer um filme bem elaborado, como podemos ver no triller, e Johnny Deep sempre nos surpreendendo com seus personagens engraçados e bizarros, no filme podemos ver com outros olhos a história que ficou bem diferente do desenho que vemos, tem presença e não é uma filmagem forçada, a todo momento podemos acreditar na realidade dos personagens e na localidade, será sim um sucesso em todos os países inclusive no Brasil…
