Legendary record exec Clive Davis presented the album before the comeback queen herself took over the stage.
Whitney directed the audience — which included the likes of Alicia Keys, Benny Medina, Gayle King, L.A. Reid, Martha Stewart, Steve Harvey, Vivica A. Fox, Diane Sawyer and others — to dance if they’re experiencing good love right now. “Throw one hand in the air/ Left, right, up, down/ Got you spinning all around, say, ‘Oh, oh/ Oh, oh,’” she commanded.
Earlier today, Miss Houston released the tracklisting for her long-awaited comeback album. I Look to You — the diva’s first studio in over six years — drops September 1.
The album features production and writing by will.i.am of Black Eyed Peas fame, R&B singer Akon and producer/rapper Swizz Beatz.
Below is the official I Look To You tracklisting:
1. Million Dollar Bill
2. Nothin’ But Love
3. Call You Tonight
4. I Look To You
5. Like I Never Left (featuring Akon)
6. A Song For You
7. I Didn’t Know My Own Strength
8. Worth It
9. For The Lovers

What’s doing her face? Christina Aguilera’s makeup artist? She looks bad in the face.
What is Martha doing there. Her old Polish face sticks out. LOL
Only 10 songs? What is this the 1980s?
I guess she needs will.i.am, Akon, and Swizz Beatz to keep her relevant. Too bad she can’t just make it about only her voice.
She looks like a little old lady, terrible styling. And when they had the listening party in London they played extra songs she recorded because they weren’t sure yet what was going to make it on the CD. One song everyone there liked was an old Stevie Nicks song called “Has Anyone Ever Written Anything For You”. Now I am pissed they apparently left it off, as I’m sure Whitney would have sang the fuck out of this great old balled. Oh well.
So how does she sound??? I have yet to hear anything off this album–has she still got it ????
let the shrieking resume …
