First the reality TV starlet visited the Cotlands Shelter for abused and orphaned HIV children before heading to the ‘Diamonds for Dignity’ feeding Centre in Soweto with her boyfriend Reggie Bush and tag-along sister Khloe.
The trio posed for pictures, pictures and more pictures and later handed out sporting goods before heading off to McDonald’s for some authentic South African cuisine.

Even though they are most likely to be doing this for publicity, at least they are bringing smiles to some kids faces. I think they are dressed really innappropriately though. When you see other celebrities visiting, they really dress down and don’t have full hair and makeup done…even Victoria Beckham dressed in basic clothing. I really didn’t expect anything else from the Kardashian girls though. God forbid anyone see what they actually look like.
What smiles? Those kids don’t look happy to me. The best thing about it was that the kids actually got athletic equipment out of it. Too bad they had to pose for photo ops in exchange for it.
These girls are only about media attention, they do nothing else but whore themselves for attention and this is no different. I wish they would disappear already.
@ comment to Stephi, you are right also but liL African kids are happy kids mostly, they dont have hangups and all they want is love, and basic things, they are happy together they appreciate all things but I give Alicia Keys way more credit she ia always over there helping them and sometimes when you dont even know it. She said she dont want cameras because she is not doing it for publicity, plus the last pic i saw of Alicia over there she had on no makeup and she looked very plain with jeans and t shirt on. The Kardashians aint nothing but a bunch of ake money hungry lets do tbhis for camera attention, like she really gives a damn!

I love Alicia Keys , you can see it in her face that her heart is real and she is beautiful also and not fake and plastic looking!
