Meghan McCain, daughter of GOP presidential candidate John McCain, gets real blunt on the subject of Joe the Plumber, who was a big supporter of her father during the 2008 campaign, in an interview with this month’s Out magazine.
“Joe the Plumber — you can quote me — is a dumbass,” she declares. “He should stick to plumbing.”
That’s just the beginning as Megan rolls out her own brand of the Straight Talk Express. She also takes on President Barack Obama for, in her words, not fulfilling his promises to the gay community.
“I would like President Obama to start by repealing Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” she says. “For me, it’s also personal because I do have a brother that’s overseas. And when I see someone in the military who is an Arabic translator who is throw out because he’s gay, that means one less person is not there to protect my brother.”

Meghan McCain is fucking idiot. I can’t believe anyone would pay attention to a word she says.
republican leaders like joe the pumber, megan mccain, sarah palin, michelle bachmann…….they all belong on the jerry springer show.
like you know anything reggie.
do they have men and women in separate barracks and showers?
The republican party is such a messy soap opera.
First they love and adore people like Palin and the plummer. Then they do stupid shit and they are all of a sudden alienated. Way to have your fellow republican’s back! No wonder the republican party is dwindling into nothing.
Meghan is right !!! but then so are reggie and jaipur’s posts above.
we could be like democrats and continue to adore child rapists, tax cheats, communists, and gay prosties…
hey adam shouldnt you be working on important republican causes… like getting dave letterman fired?
LOL!
Finally someone from their party said it!! Everyone else is a coward.
I don’t get why people use these labels. Why does she have to call her herself a GOP member when she disagrees with everything the party stands for?
i learned it from watching you go after don imus.
If she had balls she would have said that during the campain. Very easy to say it now.
well said.
they both need to go away, but they’re hits on the “big” “corporate” media, so they’ll stay around to prove a point.
