America Ferrera better make room on her already packed trophy case.
The award-winning star of ‘Ugly Betty’ has just been named the Hispanic Woman of the Year.
The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard magazine will honour America and the 25 most powerful Hispanic women in film, television and music on October 9 at its inaugural Hispanic Women in Entertainment breakfast at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.
In a statement issued just moments ago, a rep for Ms. Ferrera said: “It’s an honour to be in such esteemed company. And it’s a thrill to see talented women recognized for their work behind the camera.”

She looks great. So refreshing to see an actress not starving herself…looking normal and happy. Such an unreal and unhealthy image Hollywood usually sends out to american women and young girls.
