Jennifer Aniston has just snapped up a new apartment in the Armani/Casa-designed condo building in the Financial District of New York City.
According to Page Six, the apartment at 20 Pine, The Collection is likely to make a $4 million dent in the former ‘Friends’ star’s bank account, as that’s the price the condos are rated at.
However, she certainly is not begrudging the money.
In fact, J.An is so thrilled with her new pad that she’s been bribing workmen to take her up in the construction elevator so she can repeatedly check out her pad.
Anyone else think she’s just trying to keep a closer eye on new NYC resident Brad Pitt and his growing brood? Just sayin’…..

Definitely do NOT think that. If she wanted to do that, all she has to do is get on this website, not drop 4 mil on a apartment. Although, it is REALLY suspicious. I mean, how many actors have places in LA and NYC???? God, she must be the first!

I know that her fans will trash me, but I just dont see a future for this girl in films, Rachel Mcadams just got her role in Times traveler wife and will be doing State of Play with Edward Norton and Brad Pitt. Scarlett Johanson continues to get millions of roles, Anne Hateaway is getting all the big budget comedies, Natalie Portman just got Brothers, a war drama with Gynlenhaal and Tobey Maguire and all those girls are under 30.
Even the romantic comedies Reese does better.

This is a nice area but 20 Pine is definately very much in the heart of Wall St. I guess being so high up though it won’t make much of a difference. I really doubt that she would be moving to New York to keep an eye on Brad Pitt. I think she’s over all of that now, as should everyone else be. It was what four years ago that they split up? I’ve lived in New York and its a great place to live…although she should hold onto her Malibu pad. Sometimes you really do need a break from it all.
