Surrounded by his latest batch of girlfriends, Hugh Hefner got his mack on at the 3rd Annual Sports Dream Celebrity Poker and Pool Party at The Playboy Mansion in Beverly Hills last night (July 13).
At the star-studded event, the 83-year-old publishing magnate revealed how he is able to tell 19-year-old twin girlfriends Karissa and Kristina Shannon apart.
Pointing to a mole on Karissa’s neck, Hugh tells Us Weekly: “That’s it!” Adding that his third girlfriend Crystal Harris also “can tell the difference between [Karissa and Kristina] and they can tell the difference because they know the other one is not her!”
Meanwhile, a new season of E!’s Girls Next Door is currently in production. Says Hef: “We are going to have a lot of fun. Fun and games.”

Wow those twins are pretty, kind of like Scarlett Johannson but why havent they gotten their bboobs done already…what’s the delay?
I don’t find the twins pretty at all actually. I think they are really common looking and their bodies are not up to scratch with other playmates in my opinion. And while most girls associated with Playboy are a bit trashy, these girls are actually trailer trash and have the police records to prove it. A new season of Girls Next Door is going to bomb, everyone loves the old girlfriend too much.
