Is Ashley Tisdale joining the ranks of Hollywood starlets with cute but often misspelled foreign phrases in permanent ink on their bodies?
When the Disney darling gave photogs a peak of her new tattoo outside of her home in Toluca Lake, CA this afternoon (July 13) and the scripted artwork suggested the word “bella” on her back, alarm bells sounded that she may be the next victim of the misspelled foreign tattoo curse.
Though only a complete reveal of Miss Tisdale’s body art will prove the achieved spelling (and meaning) behind the tattoo, a quick glance of the writing channels Hayden Panettierre’s own cute but misspelled tattoo, which was also in Italian.

Why does it suggest it is spelt wrong? All you can see is B-E-L and that is the first three letters of bella…so I don’t see the problem. Looks cute, but I hope it has a point and isn’t just because bella means beautiful and she felt like getting a tattoo.
