The 23-year-old struggling actress was decked out in a pair of bizarre cowboy boot-meets-gladiator sandal shoes, while sporting the peculiar, controversial band on her finger that begs the question: Are Lindsay and Sam engaged?

No I doubt they are engaged. It’s not even on the left hand. Lindsay is probably loving these rumors though seeing as she is obsessed with Sam and the attention she gets from that relationship.
Or Lindsay just loves making headlines since her career goes without making a noise.
Or gossibloggers just love making up gratuitous and highly misleading headlines so that people will click through.
If the ring were on her left hand, you’d totally have something for your headline. As it is it’s on her right, so it’s little more than an accessory, and probably an ugly one at that, and it makes your credibility look like ass, because all you’re doing is speculating without ANY kind of grounds.
