It’s another day, another flight and another country for the Obamas clan. Today (July 10) Barack, Michelle, Sasha and Malia were one fashionable foursome as they were seen leaving Rome en route to Ghana.
Meanwhile, a producer for the new Harry Potter movie is dishing about recently being visited by by the Obama ladies at London’s Pinewood Studios.
“It was Sasha’s birthday and we had cake. We had a birthday party in the Great Hall,” David Heyman tells USA Today while promoting the sixth installment of the Potter franchise in New York. “Malia in particular is a big Harry Potter fan. They were there for 3.5 hours. It was great for the morale of the crew. They were so generous and talked to everybody and curious.”
What’s more? The girls got to meet author J.K. Rowling. “Jo was there too. What was a little bit strange was having 40 security guards,” says Heyman. “That was the surreal part.”

As for the family, who says we are paying for it? They have a ton of their own money. And, as long as The POTUS is traveling, why not take the family along? Its not like they have to buy extra tickets to board AirForce1. The plane is going to be in use with or without the wife and kids.
And, as i recall, bush spent most of his presidency hanging out on Camp David while he SHOULD HAVE BEEN WORKING. His “vacations” put us in this recession.

fact is, people like BHO threatened lenders and helped pass laws which allowed the fed to audit lenders to insure they gave loans away at equal numbers across all income levels. ie QUOTAS (like sotomayor and obama himself).
banks were threatened with loss of federal funding if they didn’t give equal loans to low income areas and they subsequently invented liar loans…like the ones barack sued citi bank to sell.
