First came the devastating news that Britney Spears would lose immediate custody of her boys “until further order of the court” and now the career-ruiners over at TMZ have found out just exactly why Brit was so unfit.
Rewind to last month. L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon ordered Spears to do a number of things in order to maintain 50/50 custody.
Spears was ordered to meet with a drug counselor — she didn’t do it.
Spears was ordered to submit to drug testing — she didn’t do it.
Spears was ordered to enroll in parenting classes — didn’t do it.
Spears was also required to sign the judge’s order — again, she didn’t.
Give Britney a break. How on earth is the girl supposed to find the time to do all that stuff when she’s busy doing drugs all day? I mean, cmon!!

Could it be that she is subconsciously seeking help through the legal system , The only place that she will absolutely have to listen and get mandatory psychiatric help if need be and possibly incarceration witch she may be looking at anyway.

I totally agree with Krissy - she’s despicable and I can’t stand a thing about her. She lost my respect by first deciding to be a slutty pop star as opposed to a regular pop star. Then by chasing and stealing Kevin from his relationship with Shar. And she pursued him like a dog in heat. After that she continued to make stupid decision after stupid decision. At this point, what’s to like? The memory of her and a couple of decent songs? I find it disturbing people still support her.
Hopefully these sweet little boys will now have a more structured life. I’m with you, Kate, Lynne Spears should be prosecuted for what her stage mother ambition has brought about. The irony is that I never thought Britney was very talented or very attractive. She was just marketed well. Now here she is: twice divorced, body shot from childbirth and partying, career in shambles. No education, no friends, fans disillusioned. Nowhere to go from here except down because she obviously doesn’t have the intestinal fortitude to change her circumstances. Sad.

But even if your parents are complete fuck ups you can’t tell me you wouldn’t be influenced by a neighbor, by a teacher, by a friend’s parents someone who has their snap. If you’re able to see how your parents fucked up your life you’d run and try to do everything opposite.

I think making comments about her doing drugs all day is a little bit immature. Nobody ever said that a drug problem was the reason for her losing custody of her children and drug testing is often mandatory with these kinds of cases, especially since her bodyguard and Kevin have accused her of drug-use in the past. I think she is an absolute fool for not abiding by the courts orders! You would think she would be doing everything possible in order to regain custody of her children. While she does live a crazy life I really do beleive that she loves those boys and would never do anything to harm them. Maybe she realises that she is not in the position to be a good mother at the moment. Taking the children off her for a little while until she can feel better about herself and her ability to create a better environment for her sons, might be the best thing that’s ever happened to her.

I know plenty of women who have had two kids (and more) and their bodies weren’t shot from child birth, they looked after themselves (as well as their kids) and they look great!
